Some people are comfortable selling their house on their own, and some people prefer to pay 6.5% to an agent for a full service package. But in our more than 15 years in the real estate business, we've seen that most people fall somewhere in between.
That's why we created a new hybrid model with four unique programs that offer various levels of service and assistance to sell your home. And no matter what package you choose, you get the support and expertise of a licensed, professional Hybrid Realty REALTOR® whenever you need it.
Pay for what you need.
Pass on what you don't.
Our basic sell-it-yourself (Bronze) package can save you hundreds over other private sale services, and each progressive package is designed to offer you more selling assistance, while still saving you money over paying a full commission.
We also offer the option to shop a la carte and add individual services to a package without moving all the way up to the next package level. Think of it like adding that one extra channel to your cable package without having to buy the entire bundle. Nice huh? Our clients think so.
Home sweet HYBRID home
With a lot of private listing arrangements, you pay your fee you take your chances. If your house doesn't sell in the contract timeframe, you kiss that money goodbye and get ready to cough up another full fee. At Hybrid, we offer you a better choice. If you chose to upgrade to a higher service package, we'll apply your initial fee to that package price. Instead of sticking you with the full shot like the other guys, just pay us the difference and keep the change.
