We even have add-on for people who are not comfortable showing their homes or negotiating contracts. Best of all you can upgrade at any time without loosing your initial package costs.* If you upgrade to a higher service package, we'll apply your initial fee to that package price. This includes moving to a full commission package. Just pay us the difference and keep the change.

• Bronze

  Includes Short Listing with all the basic information about your property and 12 client supplied photos posted on our web-site. A check list of information required is supplied by Hybrid Realty. The Listing can be submitted from our web-site or through one of our Representatives. Signage with your preferred contact number supplied and installed within 48 hours. Viewings, negotiations, inspections water tests all conducted by client.

• Silver

  Includes all services supplied with Bronze Package plus a Current Market Analysis completed prior to property being placed on the MLS® site, Full Listing prepared including up to 20 photos taken by Hybrid Realty, Preparation, presentation of Offers from private Buyers and/or their REALTOR® as well arrangements for inspections, water tests, banking follow up, etc. as required. Viewings would be arranged directly with client. (A Buyer's Agent commission of 2.5% should be considered on your part for MLS® to attract agent/client interest.)

• Agent Listing Packages.

  Some people prefer the convenience and expertise of a licensed REALTOR®. Marketing, showing houses and negotiating contracts are all second nature to a Hybrid REALTOR®. We have a proven track record of sales results. Best of all you can roll your Hybrid private listings into an Agent listing and use your original fee towards the costs of selling your home through one of our REALTORs®.

• Gold

  Full MLS® service including weekly advertising in the Home Guide (both printed copy and web-based product), Open Houses on request, Inspections, preparation of Offers and a bi-weekly review. Solar-lighted signage as well as an electronic lock box supplied and installed by Hybrid Realty. Buyer(s) or their REALTOR® deal through Hybrid Realty regarding viewing appointments and Offers. The Buyer's Agent commission of 2.5% is paid as part of this package.

  of sale price plus HST.

  

• Platinum

  All service provided under Gold Package plus a personalized web-site designed specifically to showcase your property with changes or additions on request. The Buyer's Agent commission of 2.5% is paid as part of the Platinum package.
